Maybe you need a helping hand and Health Matters 360 have recognised this and launched their brand new Health Hub concept.

They are offering two, three and seven night stays in their four venues, in the UK and Corfu, to help provide a long term sustainable way to achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.

As well as fitness training guests will take park in nutritional workshops and mind matters coaching, under the watchful eye of a team of experts.

Guests will also enjoy healthy and nutritional meals cooked by Michelin-starred Adam Simmonds of the Danesfield House Hotel and Spa, who will prove healthy doesn’t have to be boring.

In the UK there are venues in Buckinghamshire at the Danesfield House Hotel and Spa and Stoke Place and the Voltaire and Burggraaf in Dorset, or for those who want to combine the retreat with some sunshine there’s the Corfu option at the Rou Estate in the North-East of the island.
