New sites added to Camping and Caravanning Club's portfolio

Thursday, 3 March 2011 9:02 AM

The Camping and Caravanning Club has today announced details of its new self-catering range for 2011 which, for the first time, include luxury accommodation at Theobalds Park Club Site and Alton, The Star.

The new self-catering holiday caravans at Alton, The Star opened on Tuesday 1 March, while the Club’s luxury caravans will be available to book from 1 April.

Both sites are in the ideal location to allow guests to explore some of the country’s top attractions, while still being surrounded by woodland and camping areas.

The Club also offers self-catering accommodation in an additional 12 locations across the UK including; Yorkshire, Carmarthenshire, Hertfordshire, the Cotswolds, the Lake District, Nottinghamshire, Dorset, the Isle of Wight, Somerset, the Scottish Borders and Cornwall.

Sites director Bob Hill says there has never been a better time to enjoy a self-catering holiday with the Club as they have frozen its site fee prices before VAT for the time in ten years.

“Our self-catering holidays have always been very popular and we will continue to provide exceptional accommodation in some of the country’s most beautiful areas,” he said.

The Club’s new self-catering holiday brochure can be found in the March edition of Camping & Caravanning magazine.
