The Sea Life London Aquarium marks the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with a celebration of Royals of the Sea
To mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee the Sea Life London Aquarium has announced a special exhibition celebrating The Royals of the Sea from June 2 to June 5 2012.
The new display will feature special talks highlighting the sea creatures with regal links. Visitors can discover all about the solitary Emperor Anglefish, the predatory Crown Squirrel Fish, the brightly coloured Regal Tang and the territorial Jewel Anemone, among others.
In addition to the new displays and talks Kwazii Kitten from CBBC’s Octonauts program will be at the aquarium hosting a variety of themed events and activities from a themed craft corner to a special Octonauts quiz trail.
There will also be lots more to see and discover at the aquarium, from the all new Shark Reef Encounter, featuring 15 sharks in a 5m glass walkway; to England’s only colony of Gentoo Penguins and favourites such as Nemo clown fish and green sea turtles.
The London Sea Life Aquarium will be open every day over the Jubilee weekend.
